RNASq
The Martin lab is using RNA-Seq as an analytical tool to characterize in vitro transcription reaction products. The pages associated here, describe how to use the Python tools developed in house for this purpose.
- RNASq Setup - one time instructions for installing our favorite Python tools, necessary for running the software. The software should run on Macs and in Windows. All software is freely available. You need only do this once.
- Set up exptparams - instructions on how to add your experimental/sequencing information to the exptparams.py file required for the software to know how to read the sequencing data. Set this up once per sequencing run.
- RNASq quickstart - an initial primer on how to start your own analyses!
