PyMol Tips

Load files into PyMol directly from the PDB, as in:

> fetch 1QLN

Pymol doesn't (yet) have keywords for the following, but you can define selections that work the same:

> select proteins, (byres polymer & name CA)
> select nucleics, (byres polymer & name P)
> select rnas, (byres polymer & name O2')
> select dnas, (nucleics & !rnas)
